Production and Delivery

At SofaTurkey, we understand that time is of the essence. Our production process is streamlined to ensure that your chosen products are manufactured within an average timeframe of 7-21 business days. Once crafted to perfection, your items will be prepared for shipment and promptly dispatched to your address(Shipping can also be organized by customers. Product prices do not include shipping cost.).

The production period of ordered products is tried to be completed in accordance with the specified schedule under normal conditions. However, production period may be extended in cases such as problems originating from the manufacturer, delays due to ordinary and extraordinary circumstances within Turkey, problems experienced in the supply of fabric or raw materials, necessity of re-production due to faulty production or unexpected operational disruptions. In such cases, our customers will be informed about the reason for the delay and the new estimated delivery time. Our company takes all necessary precautions to minimize these delays, but cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may occur in such cases.

Orders

When placing an order through our website, you will be required to provide certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

Production times may vary according to the type, quantity and production method of the product you order. SofaTurkey follows the processes for the fast production of the product you order. You can contact us to find out the production times of the products before ordering.

When or before the production of your products is finished, SofaTurkey provides the buyer with the necessary information for transportation. The buyer is responsible for all costs incurred if the products are not picked up from the address of the supplier company or the address where the products are kept for transportation within 15 days after the products are ready for transportation and the buyer is informed for the transportation organization. The buyer cannot load the products without paying the additional charges and SofaTurkey accepts no responsibility for the products and the process in question after the 15th day of the date on which the buyer states that the products are ready for transportation. After the order is ready, Sofa Turkey has the right to confiscate the products if the buyer do not receive the products for three months without any reason.

Cancellations and Refunds

We strive to accommodate your needs. However, due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled once production has commenced. In the event of a cancellation request prior to production, please contact our customer service team immediately.

Product information and SofaTurkey’s Right to Cancel the Order

All product information on SofaTurkey.com has been added to the system by obtaining it from suppliers and manufacturers. However, if the supplier company removes a product from production or makes changes to the product features without the knowledge of SofaTurkey.com, up-to-date information about the relevant product may not be reflected in our system. In such a case, if an order has been placed for the product in question, SofaTurkey.com reserves the right to cancel the order. When the order is canceled, the customer will be informed about the situation and any payments made will be refunded.

Your order may be canceled in the following cases:

• The price of the product has been entered incorrectly,
• The product has been discontinued,
• The technical specifications of the product have changed,
• If a price including shipping is given, the shipping company does not want to deliver to the specified address or requests a much higher shipping fee,
• Any negative situation regarding the shipping process,
• Problems encountered regarding customs or legal procedures,
• Any negativity originating from the manufacturer or price,
• Any problems that may occur during the payment process,
• Any situation that may harm the SofaTurkey.com brand.

In such cases, SofaTurkey.com undertakes to provide information as soon as possible and take the necessary actions, considering customer satisfaction.

Delivery Time and Conditions Regarding the Process:

Our company strives to work with the most suitable and fastest shipping companies in the sector to deliver the ordered products to your address in the fastest and safest way. The delivery times notified to customers are based on information received from the shipping companies we cooperate with. However, changes in delivery times may occur due to ordinary (e.g. holidays in Turkey, congestion at customs, any situation in transit countries, etc.) or extraordinary (e.g. weather conditions, natural disasters, etc.) situations during the delivery process. The products are carefully checked before loading and loaded onto the shipping vehicle. If the customer requests during the delivery period, information can be obtained from the shipping company and the estimated delivery time can be shared.

Shipping companies carry out the delivery to the closest address that the shipping vehicle (truck, lorry, etc.) can reach. Therefore, the products are delivered to the front of the building or the closest point that the truck/vehicle in question can enter. If the delivery price is notified to the customer in advance, this fee only covers the delivery up to the specified address. Further moving or placement requests are the responsibility of the customer and may result in additional costs. It is entirely at the discretion of the carrier/driver to unload the ordered products and carry them to the customer’s home.

Production Process

SofaTurkey™ works with workshops that have proven success in their field, are skilled and produce seats with high quality standards. After the order is created, the product is prepared for transportation directly from the warehouses, if available in stock. If the ordered product is to be manufactured specially for the customer, it is made ready for transportation at the end of the production period. SofaTurkey™ reserves the right to cancel the order due to problems in manufacturing processes, disruptions in raw material supply, extraordinary circumstances or any other reason.

The production process of the products may vary according to the order density of the manufacturer company, the quantity and feature of the product to be manufactured. As SofaTurkey™, we control and organize the processes with our Supply-Production team to deliver our customers’ orders as soon as possible.

All of the product images on SofaTurkey™ have been provided by the manufacturing companies. SofaTurkey™ always takes care to ship the products as shown on our website. Please note that the phone/tablet/computer and browsers you use may show the colors slightly different.
